Early-bird discount of 15% applies to bookings confirmed before the cut-off. Rates are for the full show and exclude 18% GST. Mandatory public liability insurance and the venue health & safety cess are charged at actuals.

Who is allowed in?
The show is trade-only. You need a business card, GST certificate, company ID or incorporation document at the gate. We are not open to the general public, and that is deliberate — exhibitors pay for buyers, not footfall.

Is the visitor pass really free?
Yes, until 30 November 2026. After that it is ₹999, and it is ₹999 on the door for all three days. Registering early also gets you into the meeting-matchmaking tool before the good slots go.

What does a stall actually cost?
A 9 sqm shell scheme is ₹12,500 per sqm, so ₹1,12,500 before tax. Add 18% GST. Book before 31 August and the early-bird discount takes 15% off the space cost. You pay 25% to confirm and the balance 45 days before the show.

What is included in a shell scheme stall?
Display panels on two or three sides at 2.5m, a fascia board with your company name, one table, two chairs, three spotlights, a 13-amp socket, carpeting, a waste basket, and general hall security and cleaning. You bring your product and your people.
Can I bring my own stand builder?
Yes, on raw space only, with a minimum of 18 sqm. Drawings go to us 30 days before build-up, and non-official contractors pay a ₹500 per sqm coordination fee. Build height is capped at 4 metres.
How do I pick a specific stall?
Open the floor plan on this page, choose your hall and pavilion, and click any stall marked available. It goes into your cart with live pricing, and the plan updates as stalls sell. Nothing is held until you complete the booking form.
What is the difference between Business and VIP?
Not the content — both get the full conference. VIP is about access: fast-track arrival, the VIP lounge all three days, reserved front-row seating, twenty-five hand-matched meetings instead of ten, the investor lounge, gala dinner, and airport transfer. Only 300 are issued.

Can I register my team together?
Five Business Delegate passes are ₹7,999 instead of ₹9,995. Add your colleagues during checkout and each one gets their own badge and meeting schedule. For more than fifteen people, email the registration desk and we will invoice you directly.

How does the B2B meeting matchmaking work?
Two weeks before the show you get access to the attendee list filtered by what you sell and what you buy. You request meetings, they accept, and a 20-minute slot is booked in the meeting zone. VIP delegates get slots matched by our team instead of doing it themselves.
What is the hosted buyer programme?
For buyers with serious procurement volume we cover travel and two nights of accommodation in exchange for a committed schedule of meetings. Applications are reviewed weekly and close 15 October.

Are refunds possible?
Passes are refundable in full up to 30 days before the show and transferable to a colleague at any time. Stall bookings are non-refundable once confirmed, but the space can be transferred to another company with our approval.

Is there parking?
Basement parking for 3,000 cars, entry from Gate 3. VIP delegates get valet at the north porch. Honestly though, the metro stops directly under the building, and on day two the basement fills by 10:30.

What about accessibility?
The whole venue is step-free, wheelchairs are available on loan at both entrances, there is a quiet room beside Hall 1B and every stage has an induction loop. Tell us in advance and someone will meet you at the gate.

Can I sample food at my stall?
Only in the Food, Beverage & Agri pavilion, and only with an FSSAI licence on file with us. The rules are in the exhibitor manual, and the venue enforces them strictly.
